Not 100% information regarding trade ins on your website.

Good day, please note that this querry will remain unresolved from Vodacom, as Vodacom is in the wrong, not me, untill my upgrade date or before when I will be cancelling my contract with you guys.

And I don't care who is at fault, by the end of the day, the problem is with Vodacom, you are in charge, not your vodashops.

And also, furthermore, you guys need to apologise, to be accountable, as nonone does this anymore, just admit that you guys were wrong to advertise false information in the first place on your website, and if needs be, send all my messages to the CEO, maybe he isn't aware of the problems Vodacom does on a daily basis, as I can see that there is alot of problems on Hello Peter, in regarding Vodacom, for you to rectify this, you guys must acknowledge that you were in the wrong, not a Vodashop or anything, you, as Vodacom as you are the service provider, not the Vodashop, you provide a service towards the client, not the Vodashop, stop passing the buck and admit, you guys are in the wrong, don't say that you are sorry for the inconvenience being caused, as the damage has been done, maybe you guys do not understand it, for instance, put yourself in my shoes, I saw on your website, about the trade in, nothing is mentioned about to qualify for a trade in, you must be due for an upgrade, only to find out once you get to a Vodashop or your head office, that you need to be qualified for an upgrade to qualify for a trade in, as I will keep on posting regarding this on social media, for example Hello Peter about this, I do not care anymore, I shall do this on a weekly basis, as you gave wrong information regarding this to your clients on your website, not the vodashops, you( Vodacom ) did this.
