once again dropping calls all day, even the internet connections are non existent, but joe public still has to pay for zero service, must be a sign of the times. No general notice of SORRY DEAR USER, WE HAVE A PROBLEM, PLEASE FIND FREE MINUTES OR REPLACEMENT DATA. No just pretend there are no issues, remember you cannot solve a problem if you dont have one, or at least admit to one being there.

When I dont pay my account, accept my apologies, I dont pay fro a non existent service.
I will be expecting some sort of compensation, and when you phone me and I am on a call, thanks for trying, I am sure that is the closest you have got to some sort of customer service in years.
