Nonhlanhla Mzimela A STAR!
I have never been so impressed by anyone from any network I have called as I was today. I called Vodacom to cancel my 1 contract and migrate another one & spoke to Nonhlanhla Mzimela, our call was 1 hour long and not once did her service decline, throughout the long call with my 100 questions she answered and helped me with grace & a cheerful voice. She made my day & I wish all consultants could get training from her because WOW!!! I hope she gets a raise because she deserves one :)
