Nonexistent customer service.

<p>My husband and I upgraded on the 9th of January 2017. He took a sim only deal and I needed a new device. After deciding on a phone and going in to fetch it 2 days later it had not arrived yet. Went in the next day to be told the selected phone had been discontinued. I chose a different phone and waited till 10th of February to be notified that it is at the store. That's a ridiculous amount of time to wait. In the whole time our case was moved between salesmen and I only received 1 phonecall in the whole time, I phoned them 3 times a week to get an update otherwise I would not have heard anything. In the first consult we specifically asked to cancel our insurance as it is covered in our home insurance. Now I'm getting sms's that my insurance has been activated ***. Phoned them again today, they can't help me I must phone the insurance dep. Phoned them, they can't help me because they need to discuss it with my husband who is the contract holder, he is so busy at work. Really annoys me because it was such an easy request. Now if you have a problem they just redirect you to another useless department. Really really frustrated. Feel like canceling everything and moving to another provider. </p>
