Nonexisitent service - Vodacom/ Vodashop(s) Tzn
handed my Xperia Z3 in for repairs in Nov last year and the phone was returned to the Lifestyle centre vodashop without the quote for repair being communicated to us. Got the phone back in December after going to the store to enquire about it.
Handed the phone in again on 8 Jan 2016 at the vodashop Tzaneng Mall. Now, two months later I still have not heard from them. I have sent several emails to Vodacom requesting them to find out the status of my phone as the vodashop cannot tell me over the phone (I live very far out of town and cannot just drive there every day) what the status of the repair is.
I phone the repair centre in Polokwane and told my phone was returned to Tzaneen in January already and no repairs were made because apparently the customer said it was too expensive. (Which I did not as I never heard from them!
Both vodashops did this - not contacting me about the cost of repair. When the contract on which this phone was taken was renewed last year they also did not cancel the insurance as we requested and on asking whether the insurance would then cover the repair we were told the policy covers whichever phone the primary simcard is in, (not this phone)
