None of them work according to a standard set of rules

None of them work according to a standard set of rules. The one say they can assist with certain aspects of my call then transfer you and the next one say it is not the truth. They can't assist at all. It seems like they all work on their own standard 🤔 I want to cancel my contract with them. They have messed up my stuff for the last time.
