NONE EXISTING SERVICE

<p>I have a few Items with Vodacom, I dealt with a gentlemen of the name of Jaco, I called this morning to be informed that he no longers works there, after I was cut off about 10 times from Vodacom head office I informed the lady I want to speak to a C.E.O because a Vodacom shop yesterday told me there was no insurance on one item that needs insurance. I was told by one of the C.E.O complaint ladies (Keshni) that she will not assist me I need to call the call centre, they have processes and don't have time for me. She even said to me not to waste her time until I request to speak to the C.E.O she is saying I need to find old mails that I have forwarded to Jaco in October last year so to see if I am not lying. So Vodacom is saying customers are liers but their money is good enough. DO NOT EVER GO TO VODACOM UNLESS YOU DONT WANT SERVICE. Till today nothing is resolved and Keshni is so rude and is not willing to get a solution for the problem so I don't even know if this Tablet will ever be fixed.</p>
