None delivery on Black Friday Deal

Vodacom can just as well delete their Customercare number and email address from the website. They do not have any customer care. I was approved for a new contract on a Black Friday deal the 26th of November 2022. I am still waiting for the phone to be delivered. Skynet never delivered and I have ever since been trying to sort out this problem with Vodacom and Skynet. If it is not Skynet lying about where the package is, Vodacom wants me to now take out a new contract that is much more expensive. I have a data contract with Vodacom and never had any problems up to now. If Vodacom can not deliver on Black Friday, they should not advertise the deals, because this is false advertising and lying to the public.

Vodacom, I am eagerly waiting for your consultant to contact me. Preston Jacobs from the Online Sales department is the only person in Vodacom that you can rely upon!! He has called back every time he said he would. He also valiantly tried to sort out this non-delivery of my phone!

Vodacom & Skynet. I have to say a special thank you to each and everyone working to get this cellphone delivered. You made we very angry most of the times and I really hope you jack up your customer care department. To Preston Jacobs a special thank you for all his help!! If you ever want to take out a new Vodacom contract, I will always recommend him.. His service was great!! I received my cellphone at 13:30 today the 24th of January 2023..
