None adherence to request

Mrs HP Koen Id ***. Cell nr ***. Mrs Koen is my mother. She had a stroke on 30 August 2021 and suffered substantial brain damage. I, Hendrika Petronella Rossouw, ID *** was granted Power of Attorney ovr her estate and finances by the court. I requested the that the ****le contract be cancelled as she will never need the service again. I note that the same amount is still deducted from her account, which means that this contract was not cancelled. The phone is in my posession because the banking apps is on the Samsung.
