i last complaint about the airtime that went missing from my simt and vodacom people responded. They apologised and as a gesture they said they will load 2gig on my sim but that did not happen. i send The person an e-mail leting the person know that i got the message saying 2gig its been loaded but when i checked the balance it was not there. I asked if should i continue using the sim and i did not get any respond. The person who rep**** and said will load 2gig is Rochel. the number that is suppose to be loaded is ***
