Non Warranty - Phone less than a year old!!!! ?!?!?!?!?!
<p>My wifes phone is less than a year old. It went into an infinate loop as per your repair center description - Reported faultNOT SWITCHING ON/OFF/SHORT BATTERY LIFE/BOOT-UP PROBLEM - .... How on gods green earth are we being charged almost 5 thousand rand for a repair for a contract phone thats under warrenty and insured?!?!?!?! </p>

Still waiting for the contact to be made Vodacom .... In the meantime we got two conflicting messages from you to my wife, 1 saying the phone is in transit back to Wetsgate, second one says its being booked into the repair centre Centurion ....
