Non Transparent Services

<p>I Ordered a Tablet from Vodacom but was never informed that i would have to wait for a call from Vodacom before my order was confirmed. Furthermore after calling Vodacom and having the very Helpful Staff assist me i was told that i would only recieve my device in the next week after being offered free next day delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>The call center Staff were Extremely helpful however the processes that they have to follow were not communicated to me and i now have not recieved my device 2 days after placing my order. The Free next day delivery that was promised on the Vodacom Website was not upheld to and is in fact a complete Lie as customers will on average have to wait up to three working days before the next day delivery actually occurs</p>
