Non service delivery
<p>A2-_20D8-756260 that is the reference no I received from Vodacom and a long informative discussion with Koelsum. The problem is ridiculous . I am getting SMS from Vodacom a day later after the expiry date of the offers. The technicians ? Nobody has called or followed since last Koelsum and I had a discussion.</p> <p>THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW UP OR AFTER SALES SERVICE. I AM BACK TO SQUARE ONE !</p>

Vodacom this is so unprofessional. You address the complaint professionally but the service delivery remains to be seen. I am so sick of your pathetic excuses and nobody cares or wants to take ownership of this matter.
