Non responsive

Message: Good day, i had a contract with vodacom which ended 31/07/17. in february i received a sms from the call centre saying i requested a sim swap, i phoned them immediately and told them the request did not come from me. i was then told to go to the vodacom shop where they will assist me, the gentleman helping me that day at westgate said the sim swap was done from the call centre, which i told them to flag & de activate my number, was done after numerous requests. i was told to lay a complaint at the police station which i done i then emailed all the details to that department. my contract was for the amount of R88pm from end march till end july they deducted a amount of R118.99 the difference of R 30.99 where does that come from. i even spoke to a gentle in the call centre and he sent the details to the ********** dpt and still not a word from them all i want them to do is give me back my airtime which is R660 i want it in cash. my love affair with vodacom is over
