Non Refund
When ordering goods via the app and the orders are cancelled for whatever reason. Firstly you don't get notification of cancelation and even more disturbing your funds are not refunded. I've followed up with vodacom and the response was that if you don't raise it with them, then the funds will just not be returned. This was on the 17/10/2024 and I'm still waiting for my refund.
