Non receipt of online purchase.. Samsung A5

On the 2nd of May 2017, i placed a online request for a Samsung A5 device. I selected the package that I wanted and was prompted that a customer service agent would be in touch to do the nitty gritty. After 4 hours, the agent called to confirm my ID number and read out some terms and conditions and said that they will now do the vetting and the credit checks. The application has subsequently been approved. The next day a different agent called to read me the terms and conditions which I in a very loud and clear voice needed to say that I accept and understood the terms and conditions. The day thereafter, which was Thursday, I got another call from couriers to confirm my address as they were not to clear about Vodacoms instructions about the address,. Told her itss Durban rd Cape town and not in Durban, Kwazulu Natal. Said its too late now for delivery (15h30) the courier will deliver it in the morning. The friday mornign just before midday the courier called to confirm the addresss and said that he will be in the area in the afternoon and that he will make the delivery ashe can see on his system that the device is in Cape Town. Friday came and went and no courier, and no phone and no communication from Vodacom. I have in the meantime tried to call the courier company, which im told is RAM couriers to see if they could assist me, the least they could tell me was that they have two drivers in the area in the afternoon and in the absence of a waybill number, lets hope my phone will be delivered. Its Tuesday today, nearly 10days on from the very first application, I have had no communication from Vodacomn, nothing from the couriers, no Samsung A5 and a whole lot of frustration as my clients are trying to get in touch with me. How can I run m business without a phone ? Vodacom has some serious explainging to do.!!ITs simply not good enough this practise.

Your service is shockingly abhorrent and the only thing that you can say is that a customer service agent will be making contact in due course to attend to my query. Its not a query..ITS A COMPLAINT!!!!
