NON PERFORMANCE ON SWIP SWAP
Good day
What an inconvenience after, i lost my phone and bought another to make my life easier again also did a swim swap on 15 Feb 2019 with Clinton as a consultant .
When i called Vodacom call center , nothing was done . No black list on my phone no swim swap.
Vodacom must do something with the staff poor service , i will NOT wait another 24hours as a result of your staff lack non performance.
