Non Payment of refund

I am still waiting for my refund 2 months down the line after discovering that they were charging me for insurance on my account. I keep calling and being told that my refund is being processed and it will take 5-14 working days to be resolved depending on the agent you get through to. Very unhappy with their service. They are quick to shout if there are payments due.
