Non existing service at Vodacom

I had bad service from Vodacom, but this is the worst ever. I logged a SR on 5 July, nothing been done and closed. Called back on 13 July to find out what is going on, suddenly I get email to say SR has been changed to "Open". Today is 15 July, nothing has been done. I called them again and held on for 45 minutes and was cut off.

I also logged a complaint on Hello Peter, nobody have called or come back to me since I logged the complaint, just the automated reply. My number and SR number is on the complaint.
