Non-existing Customer Service.
I have now written numerous reviews complaining about Vodacom and their incorrect billing of my acccount and so far I've only been contacted once and told that I'm delusional. I am still waiting for Vodacom to correct their mistakes or to provide me with an address for serving summons.
