non existing customer care

Vodacom dropped the ball on client support. This morning, something went wrong with my profile when logging in to the website. Getting an error message and told to call customer care. Those people don't get any training anymore and have no idea what to do, reboot your phone will fix it, really? I told them im on the website. so this is now a weeks work again to try and speak to someone that knows there job
