Non existing after sales service
I have been struggling since March with a phone with a defect. I will not pay my account untill my query is adhered to. I get phoned made promises but nothing happens and not further communication or phone calls until I make a querie again and again nothing happens communication just stop from vodacoms side.

15 Jul 2022, 10:33I have told you more than once there is no vodacom shop or iphone shop now I must travel 800km to book the device in.......who is going to pay my feul expenses. I am still not satisfied for no one from vodacon has phoned me since I posted the previous reviews which is very verry poor service. I will not pay my account in full until I receive a new device because I have been struggling with vodacom since the mobrh with of march

06 Aug 2022, 12:24It seems that vodacom don't care at all about there clients and I have been a client for more than 20years spending alot on vodacom Contracts but still I am just an account number to them. It seems I am a robot and not a human. I keep posting on Fb and helolipeter with replies that a Consultant will contact me, they never do it is very pathetic that they don't even want to speak to the client and therefore I decided if they don't want to speak to me I will not pay my account because I am not paying fir a service I do not get. My Iphone gave problems since March and it was still in its warranty period. I spoke to various people from back office and I was even promised a new device but they never contacted me I must keep on contacting them. The phone calls from back office was not recorded why not because that is the policy of vodacom. I will not leave it as it is, because I did not recieve a service at all I have names and won't those people to answer if a phone give a client problems in the period of 14 days and they don't do any thing about it. Vodacom wants me to take the phone to a vodacom shop or istore which my town does not have. They said they will collect phone but that also never happens. I WANT A BEW PHONE I GACE VODACOM ENOUGH TIME AND THEY JUST DOES NOT RESPOND
