Non existent Vodacom Service

We have a fibre internet contract with these people. A year into the contract we moved to the Eastern Cape. When we wanted to relocate the fibre service we were told that there is no fibre where we were moving to. No problem says the consultant......"we will therefore cancel your contract without you having to pay cancellation fees". Great (so I thought). Then the fun started!! After various emails from me and countless phone calls to their fibre section, THREE months later no-one has come back to me and the debit order continues to go off every month!! Every (and I mean every) time I phone and give the reference number, I am told "it has been escalated to Warren". This has happened at least 6 times. I'm beginning to believe that "Warren" does not exist!!!!! If he does he should be fired!!!! The last time I phoned (29/9/2018) I was told by Lindi that she could see that I had been querying this for a long time and would therefore get her manager (Jaydee) to phone me on Monday. Yay...........at last no "Warren" and perhaps some action at last!!! BUT (you guessed it)..........no call from the manager either. So I phoned again today and guess what......................."it has been escalated to Warren". Not even Telkom is this bad and that's saying something. I just don't know what more to do as I even went into a Vodacom shop and was told that they could not help me and I should phone the call centre. I fight on. I surpose Vodacom will respond to this by giving their usual Hello Peter response "a consultant will contact you in due course". They'll probably phone me and say.................(again you guessed it) "it has been escalated to Warren". Absolutely disgusting lack of customer service.
