Non-existent Vodacom network coverage in Northcliff Johannesburg

The mobile phone reception in Northcliff Johannesburg is virtually non-existent for a few days now in March 2025. Unable to make calls, no data service on 3G/4G/5G wifi routers. It is virtually impossible to report this to anyone at Vodacom. The Vodashop at Cresta mall begrudgingly attempted to assist. But at this stage, no help, no indication of when the issue will be resolved.
