Non existent service from Vodacom

Vodacom does not have active agents that you can talk to anymore. For the past two weeks I am trying to get my tax invoices thru TOBI. He is stupid. I am keep on getting the wrong statements. When I go on the website and ask that somebody phone me back, they did, but immediately put me thru to this TOBI BOD again. Really
