Non-existent service

I have been impersonated and brought this to Vodacom's attention, they have requested documents which I have sent and they didn't acknowledge the email, i have sent follow emails to request for update and check if they received the documents, I have sent messages on Hello peter they don't reply. Vodacom's service is pathetic and non-existent. All they care is getting money via *****ulent activities with no regard people. Even their stores are lazy as they have also failed to upload my documents which they requested when first brought it to their attention.
