NON-EXISTENT SERVICE @ CANCELLATIONS

I've been calling the cancellations line relentlessly the past week - upto 5 or 6 times a day... and NOBODY ANSWERS!!! It's so ironic, because there is a recording playing while your are on hold saying "Please stay on the line at the end of your call to evaluate the level of service you received" - What a joke!! What service??? And if you select the option whereby someone will call you back - NOBODY CALLS BACK!! I have even gone so far as to go into a branch - but they said they are not allowed to do cancellations in the shop and that I have to do it through the cancellations line! IT SEEMS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM!! So upset!!!
