Non-existent Service and worst treatment

I feel dooped, ******, cheated and treated like **** by Vodacom, who doesn’t care about me as a customer. I was called and persuaded to change to a different package and promised a number of things including Uber Red rides. When the time came to redeem the rides, no body knew about the offer both call centers and a Sandown Branch. After numerous calls and visits to the branch, I then requested the Call Center Agent to trace and give me the name of the Sales person that called me, which happened to be Rewards. I called them and the friendly guy told me that I’m eligible for that “valid offer” from Vodacom. He directed me to the Vodacom Website. I duelly printed the offer from the website and T&Cs, and showed the branch people, to their surprise. After they made a few calls, they were advised of an sms that was apparently sent to me which had a link and code that I was supposed to use to claim the voucher. That never worked on my existing Uber App, and I couldn’t create a different profile with my details. I then used my son’s number and another email address to create a new Uber profile and I got confirmation. I then processed the trip. To my surprise both trips were charged from my credit card, which means both trips defaulted to my existing profile as I was using my cellphone. I then went back to the branch, got a call logged. The following day the call was closed without resolution. When I called the number provided on the sms, I was told to call Rewards and not Vodacom because it’s them that sold me the package. TO SAY THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT, IT DOES NOT EXIST! I SURELY BELIEVE THAT THEY SEE THEIR SUBSCRIBERS AS BEGGERS AND A NUISANCE TO THEIR BUSINESS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
