NON-EXISTENT SERVICE

I am a small business owner. I submitted a complaint in MARCH 2015 in connection with poor data signal. Since then I phoned Vodacom 10 or more times and every time I get the same response - the technical dept will call me within 7 to 14 working days - NOBODY IS CALLING!!!! Because of this non-existent service, my business is suffering.
