Non existent service

I am currently in the United States and needed help with my roaming. I dialed into the call centre, which advertises 24 hour service (they kindly displayed the number when calling from abroad) and on both occasions I was informed by the automated voice-over that I had exceeded my calls into the call centre!!! I rarely have to use the call centre but It's ridiculous that a service provider rations the number of times that their customers can call for assistance. So now I'm sitting with an unresolved issue and the bill for international calls!!! Thanks for nothing Vodacom!
