Non existent customer support!!!

Customer support is non existent!!! Only 2 options available when calling them and it start new contract or upgrade. Send you to tobi the chat bot, I have seen brain dead infants with more reasoning and cooperation skills then that useless chatbot that refuses to connect you to a HUMAN agent with comparable thinking skills. Even contact online or calling you have no options to contact a support agent that can understand the common English language.

If by chance a HUMAN is reading this and decided to try and contact my, you would be able to!!! That is precisely the reason I am attempting to get through to customer support (that never ending maize of transfering and dead end call hangups).

Half the posted number online does not exist when you call the directly from the online websites. I need my Number fixed so that people can call me, this is influencing my daily life and effecting my work!
