Non existent customer service

I upgraded my current line in March. A new phone and new plan. Unfortunately Vodacom Online Sales mistakenly (this was confirmed by accounts and customer service agents) allocated the upgrade to the wrong number. I have been paying two accounts for the last three months and tried numerous times to have this rectified. After visiting a store, approximately one month ago, I finally received a reference number. 22 June 2017 RAM couriers collected my phone. I was told in order for the upgrade to be allocated to the correct number my phone must be returned and will be returned to me 7-14 days later. Bear in mind I am now without a phone, had not communication from Vodacom and still no phone returned to me 12 days later!!

Today I was told that the phone has been returned and nothing has been done. Customer service agents rotate you from one department to another, online sales will not communicate or send any form of confirmation, if I ask to speak to a manager I am connected with another department or cycled back to the customer service department. No one will assist with the account problem - accounts only refer you back to online sales to rectify their mistake while I am billed month after month. This while I have to repeatedly phone, answer question to verify my identity, do not receive any reference number and am bounced from one department to another. Unacceptable!!!
