Non existent customer service

Vodacom’s Customer care doesn’t exist at all! Last month me and my partner notified Vodacom on time that we’ll be moving so that they send metro to come install the small fibre box till today they haven’t installed it and we can’t use our wifi that they make to take the money for every month. It’s been over a month now and still nothing. We keep calling them and sending emails but no one is helping us they keep promising to call us back and give us an update but nothing we definitely taking our business elsewhere cause we can’t pay for a service we not receiving.
