Non Existent Customer Service

Their cusatomer service is non existent phoning them is useless as you never get to speak to a person, as for e mailiong there is never a reply, My contract ended and I went onto pay as you go and they are still taking the debit order off a the beginning of each month, I am at my wits end its ***** in my opinion !!! They quick to grab your money but try and get your money back its impossible.
