Non Existent contract or phone but I'm in arrears

I received a call from someone at Vodacom (Home Mark) offering me a Vodacom contract, The phone was never delivered to me, I went to my nearest vodacom store to open another contract but they told me there's an active contract on my name that's in arrears too, I never got a phone nor a Sim from Vodacom now my credit record is being *****ed because of this
