NON-EXISTENT Cellular SERVICE on NORTHCLIFF

For approximately the last year we have had an almost non-existent Cellular Service in Northcliff. All our neighbours are currently complaining of the same issue. I work from home most days and so my service is vital. On several occasions I received a call from work at 8:00 in the morning, no missed call showing on the list and at 17:00 I received an SMS. This means that I give my company and clients really poor service. Please not that this is NOT load shedding related - its just been a steadily declining cellular service. I have called and spoke to a call centre agent - but truthfully what can they do but offer platitudes. I was recently in Hazyview and even during Load Shedding the service there was fantastic. The neighbourhood is up in arms - many of whom work and transact from home. I would like to have a representative come and speak to us urgently to discuss a way forward as soon as possible.
