Non-existent cancelation process coupled with incompetence

I had to cancel twice, and still im being told I owe money of which I dont know. Due to either incompetence or deliberate disregard for my request to cancel a contract, Vodacom put me on a red flexi contract that I did not sign up for or want for that matter. Now they are claiming that I owe them money and have handed me over to a debt collection company that is harassing me at 06:55 in the morning and right through the day at work.

Don't take out any contract with vodacom, they are a bunch of ****mers. Just look at all the negative reviews on vodacom.

As stated multiple times previously, I canceled the contract I had with vodacom and I did not request to be put on a red flexi contract. The red flexi account you are referring to was initiated against my will. I am not using the number, my brother is using it so if there are any amounts that need to be paid you need to bill the number and not me. If you are referring to the red flexi contract, please send me the documentation stating that I wanted the red flexi contract, where I signed or a phone call recording where I stated that I wanted it. If it is non-existent I request that the account be closed and the amount billed to the number
