Non-existant service from Vodacom

This is the poorest service I have ever experienced.

This wifi router, huawei R218H is useless. Shows no signal all the time.

How can Vodacom even supply these routers to their customers is totally beyond me. I have been using this router for 3 months and it has been a horrible experience.

My airtime and data on my phone does not carry over correctly, even after this been brought under Vdacom’s attention.

Overall I am so disgusted with Vodacom after being a customer for many, many years. I FEEL CHEATED. Paying good money for a service which is so poor, that it is almost non-existent.
