Non existant service

What a dreadful unprofessional company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I sent an email late December 2024 to cancel a sim number that was in our alarm because we terminated the contract with the company. I knew the debit order would still go off in January but when it went off again in February I forwarded the cancellation email again. In March it went off again, I forwarded email again and tried to phone but gave up after 30 min. I then returned the payment and guess what, whole process repeated in April, May as well as June but then I phoned as well and about 10 calls later spoke to someone that sent me forms to sign and return to them, which I did. That day I also had a call from a gentleman from Vodacom that said he sees that I have made numerous calls to them and if there was a problem. I told him the story and also said I had now received forms to be signed and have signed and returned to them. I also told him about the outstanding amount and asked him to sort out the R250 arrear on the account, which he said would be automatically credit noted. Really? I now get 3-4 calls a day and text that I am going to be prosecuted for non payment. Useless is not a strong enough word.

Well I still have not had a call from Vodacom only from their Credit Bureau telling me they are prosecuting. I confirm, Vodacom is unprofessional and the worst company to deal with.
