non existant Minimum requirements

I am extremely disappointed in the network i have been using for Donkey ears on prepaid and now that I want to convert to a contract I am declined because I don't meet \the minimum requirements"what nonsense is that?<br> <br> I am due for an upgrade with MTN and I decided to rather upgrade with you for convenience as I do not want to use two sim cards and stupid Vodacom is my main number.<br> <br> For your records I have checked with ITC/Experian I have an excellent record and do not understand how I could possibly be declined.
