non disclosure of the contract

hi I called vodacom to query about when my 2 contracts are set to expire..The retention department then made me a offer for an early upgrade where I get more data for a reduced subcrption.the consultant Oupa advised that i will only pay R169 on both package and i dont recall him advising me that i wiil pay 269 as i still need to pay for the divice until april.i asked if my debit amout will be 169 and he confirmed this.i am being billed 269 and was told that this is for the divice.i'm using the same 2 devicesand told that need to pay for the phone.why a i paying more for the phone when i was only paying R 110 before.i'm paying R100 more.i wanted the recorded call but the lady never calle me back regarding it.
