Non disclosure of impact of SIM Upgrade

FN upgraded my SIM in Febr but did not disclose that I will then not be able to upgrade my phone, which I uogradef 5 years ago. I have been sent in a roundabout but eventually found out upgraded. It is now a week and I am still waiting for this to be sorted or FNs manager to phone me.
