Non delivery on Vodacom phone contract accessory for 2 MONTHS! Apple Earpods

Don't bother with Vodacom on their phone deals! They are lying on the way on their good and service delivery.

I signed with then on 8th March on an iPhone which comes with Apple Earpods. They gave me the phone and said the Earpods is out of stock and will have it and give it to me in 1 or 2 week(s).

I have been at Vodacom Chatz Dainfern Square for around 4 - 5 times and everytime Vodacom is telling me the same thing. It is now 12 May 2019! 2 months, I have not got my Earpods, which contractually I am entitled to. Vodacom is offering something they don't have, and once they hook you on, they don't deliver! Stay away from Vodacom. I will report this to the authority!
