Non-delivery of order...Black Friday...Vodacom's empty promises and *********** personnel
On 23 November 2018 (Black Friday) I was offered a deal by a consultant partnered by Vodacom. I followed up and was told that Vodacom was out of stock of the router and eventually received an SMS stating that the order was succesfully processed on 11 December 2018 and that the courier partner would contact me.Ram hand to hand were the couriers. Kept following up as I intended this to be a Christmas gift. In January I spoke to the upgrades and after sales departments (Taryn, Siphokazi, Nthabiseng, Kebologile etc. etc). On Monday Taryn informed me that the couriers couldn't get hold of me so they sent the goods back to the Ram warehouse. I phoned Ram (011) ********** to inquire about my parcel K ********** just to find out that the contact number which was listed on their documentation was ********** 148 which is an old expired dataline number of mine. This was not the number that I provided the consultant that phoned me on the 23rd or the number which they called me on. Either Mondo Consultants or Vodacom messed up and provided incorrect numbers. I spoke to a very unhelpful gentlemen yesterday that said that I would have to wait for Ram to re-scan the package and that I should follow up today on ********** 4 (tried for ages....no answer). Spoke to another rude consultant at Vodacom's 082135 today who didn't feel like listening to me and longer and transferred me to Mondo Consultants without even informing me that she's transferring me....disgusting. Mondo did try to assist but eventually truthfully told me that Vodacom didn't have any stock and that my Black Friday Vodacom deal wasn't going to happen....The goods had been returned to Vodacom the week before already and had been given to another customer. This is disgusting customer service on the part of Vodacom
