Non delivery of laptop after contract was concluded.

I have a bad service experience with vodacom, I have taken out a contract for a laptop and that was almost three (3) weeks ago. Wow! Guess what... I'm still waiting for delivery after I was approved. Up till today no delivery and everyday I receive an sms stating that I my order is out for delivery and that I must be available from 08h00 to 17h00, now really! Who can stay at home for almost three (3) weeks waiting. I'm very dissapointed. To top it, I contacted the couriers, vodacom and everyone just gives me empty promises. Bad bad bad bad service. It is unbelieveable how you guys can still be in business.
