NON DELIVERY OF HANDSETS

the upgrade process that both my husband and myself recently went through has been unbelievably pathetic. My husband's handset was with Vodacom's nominated courier RAM for a week before he eventually managed to get it. The only attempt they made at contacting him was 5 days after they had acquired the handset when he was not around to accept it. I had to get management at RAM involved yesterday (1 week to the day after RAM had acquired the handset) to eventually get it delivered. I am now waiting for mine which was supposed to be delivered to me yesterday but was not because I was not available, even though I had advised RAM not to deliver it at a time when they tried to deliver, so they did not follow my request. also they did not phone me beforehand like they are supposed to. so now i am also waiting for my handset. shocking service from all involved.
