Non delivery

I phoned *** to cancel a contract...whilst talking to the consultant Vaneshrie, she offered me a Mecer computer with a router and a simcard. Very good deal...or so I thought. Delivery was done 1/4/21 but I only received the computer... no router or simcard. I have phoned them repeatedly and I get the same answer..sorry madam that was all that was on the contract. We will listen to the recording with Vaneshrie and get back to you. Two weeks later still nothing...and now I'm told it's not their responsibility but Elite's. Gave me a nr and offcourse no reply. How does Vodacom get away with this?
