Non-compliance with Consumer Protection Act

I am departing the country therefore canceling my contract. I have 10months remaining and should I cancel it will cost R7372 (the price of a new iPhone 5). Vodacom states it is 75% of contract value however t&c state they will charge a MAXIMUM of 75% of remaining contract value. If I calculate what i owe in accordance with CPA I get approximately R2300 which is 100% of the hand device I'm paying off (I am not here to ***** from Vodacom and happy to pay what I require for the device). However they are calculating my fee based on the future free minutes/data bundles I won't be able to utilize when I'm out the country which is *****ing from the consumer and in direct violation of the CPA. Cell C has a function that informs the customer the value of the device they will need to pay in due to early cancellation, this value is for the payment of the device ONLY which is fair trade. Vodacom, please explain to us how my fee of R7372 is in accordance with CPA as your cancellation department doesn't seem to know how to answer this? And FYI, your t&c do not override the law.
