Nokia such an unreliable brand!

<p>I got a replacement phone (Nokia Lumia 630)from the insurance August of 2014.Last year this phone blocked itself twice and I took it in for repairs.March 27 2016 the same thing happened.I took the phone to Vodacom Melyn where they proceeded to fix it (from March 27 until May 22).The phone was repaired and re-repaired with hardly any communication with me.Each time I received it back, half an hour later the problem would persist and it actually started switching itself off and jumping from one app to another while you're operating it,as if it's got a mind of its own.I have in my possession reports from Vodacom Repairs Menlyn,Regenersis and Microsoft Authorised Device Care(whom I have been advised have no representatives in South Africa) technicians all confirming that they worked on the phone and fixed the problem.Yet here I am 3 months later still sitting with same faulty phone and being taken from pillar to post by all the stakeholders. My question is,"Can Nokia's standards, with it being an international brand,be so low and insignificant that no one bothers to uphold the brand and what it stands for(or should I say what it used to stand for)by doing proper workmanship? And how does this reflect on the Vodacom technicians? How many takes do they need to fix one phone?"I need to understand who I have to talk to(as according to Rana from Nokia "the phone must have three job numbers before my case is escalated'(Ref number: ********** 195),to get this phone off my hands and replaced with a decent one from a brand like Samsung that does no break every other day.I've been inconvenienced enough and I find it totally unacceptable to have to use such an undependable handset any longer. Reviewer Update

Good day.On June 23 you sent me a message saying a consultant would contact me.Till today,July 12,no one has called me.I did however on the advice of ********** send the phone in to Vodacom Menlyn Repair Centre and I just collected it yesterday.Would you believe it still switches off, even though there's a technician's report that says a new motherboard has be installed. Can you please resolve this matter.I have been given the run around for over 4 months now. There are people like Cynthia at your Customer Care Centre who speak to customers like we are imbeciles. This abuse has gone on long enough Vodacom and Nokia.Could you treat customers decently. You are not running a ****a but mega companies. Please act like it.
