Nokia Lumnia Damanged bt Still under warranty

I book the Nokia lumnia i March 2015. Well i get a message alert to say the phone is booked for repairs and i kept on getting messages for those update. Then the message updates stopped. In May i went to the store and ask how far are they with repairs because nobody is saying anything now. The Indian lady that was pregnant at a time asked if i had insurance and that i should claim for it because they cannot fix the phone. I told her the phone is still under warranty so if they can't fix it they must refund and give me new phone. <br> I left the phone with her and ask her to tell her Supervisor to call me. <br> Two days later supervisor called and i explained to him my frustration and he understoond and promise to sort thing out. That was in May. <br> Early June i went to the store & speak to supervisor \Malcom"he said his technician are working on it they managed to fix one problem & have ordered new lcd for the phone & as soon as it arrived they will<br> Let me know. Early July i went again coz i was not getting any update from Malcom"
